Computer & Information Systems Manager
To develop and implement solutions, standards and procedures in the areas of enterprise and telecommunications systems, cloud technologies, network infrastructure, and security. Creates, implements, and manages metrics and dashboards regarding security initiatives and incident activity. Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company's disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating expectations and appraising performance. Integrates software components, subsystems, facilities and services into the existing technical systems environment; assesses impact on other systems and works with cross-functional teams within finance/analytics to ensure positive project impact. Installs, configures, and verifies the operation of software components. Display demonstrated ability in decision making and domain knowledge that have a critical impact on overall project implementation. Confer with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs. Resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls. Supervise the ordering, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of hardware and software.
Requires a bachelor's degree in computer and systems information manager and 24 months of experience.
